(BBS) Brazillian Body System
The Brazilian Body System is an online strength and conditioning program designed to help you build a stronger, leaner, and more capable body through focused, efficient training.
Classes are held live online twice per week, with each session lasting 40 minutes. The program follows a simple and effective structure:
- One Lower Body Training Session per week
- One Upper Body Training Session per week
Using weights and progressive training methods, each class is designed to improve strength, muscle tone, endurance, posture, and overall physical performance.
As a bonus, members receive access to a library of recorded Yoga classes that can be practiced anytime to complement their strength training, improve flexibility, enhance recovery, and support long-term mobility.
