Atman Retreat - Ganja Yoga
(May 22 - 24, 2026)
An invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rest in your true nature. Through guided practices, intentional space, and shared presence, you are supported in softening the nervous system and remembering who you are—without pressure, without performance, simply being.
The Atman Retreat is a return to what is essential.
Held by experienced guides in a safe, nourishing environment, Atman offers both gentle structure and spacious freedom, allowing depth, connection, and integration to unfold naturally.
Hosted in Loring, Ontario
Location provided after payment.
Lu and Gabriel are a couple and your hosts of the Atman Retreat.
Together, they have been guiding retreats in Brazil for years, creating spaces known for depth, care, and a high-vibrational atmosphere where people feel truly held.
Their work blends professionalism with heart, structure with soul — which is why participants consistently feel safe, inspired, and deeply connected in their presence.
Atman is one chapter of an ongoing retreat series created by Lu and Gabriel — and for many, it becomes the beginning of a journey they want to return to again and again.

During classes, ganja is used exclusively in a vaporizer, in a mindful and ceremonial way.
Anyone who wishes to smoke joints must do so outdoors, in designated areas.
Smoking is never obligatory.
We have many participants who do not smoke at all and still deeply enjoy — and belong to — our community.
The Spirit of This Retreat
The key intention of this retreat is, above all, rest.
Resting the body, the mind, and the nervous system.
We gather to:
- Rest deeply
- Play and create
- Sing
- Practice yoga
- Connect (optionally) with the sacred herb
- Be in community, without pressure or performance
Up north, where the air feels cleaner and time slows down, we gather.
A retreat is not just a pause from life — it’s a return to what truly nourishes us. Surrounded by nature, held by the silence of the trees and the rhythm of the water, we begin to remember ourselves again.
And in between practices, conversations, and moments of stillness… we are fed with love.
Home-cooked meals, prepared with care, intention, and warmth. Food that comforts the body, grounds the spirit, and brings us together around the table like family. Every bite becomes part of the experience — simple, real, and deeply satisfying.
This is more than a retreat.
It’s a coming home — to your body, your breath, your essence… and to the beauty of sharing it all with others.
Come as you are. Leave nourished in every way.
